Quick Abdominal Workout Using No Equipment

You don't need equipment to get results in your training, you have your own body weight and the environment around you. just ensure that you have a fat loss specific diet to ensure good muscle definition, otherwise all your hard work will be in vain.

  • Always ensure you warm up before you start a workout.
  • Use a targeted diet plan specific to your training goal.
  • Change your workout routine every 3 - 4 weeks.
  • Mix this session with a different one to prevent boredom and increase fitness development.

Beginner Core Exercises Using No Equipment

Crunch: 3 x 10 - 15

Hip Roll: 3 x 12 - 16

Plank: 3 x 30 second hold
