Lose weight and increase your fitnesss through this home workout which looks at raising your heart rate and developing your basic movement without equipment. The training concentrates on using your full range of movement through functional exercises.

Combine this fat burn workout with a weight loss diet for best results and ensure you stay motivated by using music and mixing workouts.

Beginners Home Training for Weight Loss and Fitness

 

Basic Exercises for Home Training:

Home Workout

  1. Foot work: 30 seconds high knees, 30 seconds bum flicks. 30 sec - 1 minute rest.
  2. Boxing Rounds: 20 punches forward, 20 punches side to side, 20 punches up.
  3. 12 Controlled squats.
  4. Foot work: 30 seconds high knees, 30 seconds bum flicks. 30 sec - 1 minute rest.
  5. Boxing Rounds: 20 punches forward, 20 punches side to side, 20 punches up.
  6. 12 Deadlifts
  7. Foot work: 30 seconds high knees, 30 seconds bum flicks. 30 sec - 1 minute rest.
  8. Boxing Rounds: 20 punches forward, 20 punches side to side, 20 punches up.
  9. Plank, hold for 30 seconds.

How to Perform this Home Workout:

  • Perform each point (1 - 9) 3 times.
  • Do not exceed 1 minutes rest between any set.
  • Use music to motivate yourself and help remove distractions.
  • Always train hard by giving it your all!
  • Use a structured low calorie diet to accompany your training for best results.

This looks like a great beginners workout, not too strenuous but enough to get your heart rate up and keep it there. Thanks for the music tip - working out to music definitely helps.
