This simple diet enables you to lose weight healthily by replacing up to 2 meals per day with a Herbalife Formula 1 Shake. Diet Guidelines: Easy steps for great results


1. Eat 4 - 5 small meals per day consisting of protein and carbohydrates.



  • Protein: Fish, Poultry, Red Meat, Eggs & Dairy, Beans, Nuts, seeds


*When selecting meat ensure you can see where it came from. Did it fly, run or swim? Also select lean cuts, or trim the fat and avoid eating processed foods.



  • Carbohydrates: Vegetable, Salad, Fruit, Brown Rice

  • To get the best results and lose the most weight, you can substitute 1 or 2 meals per day for a Formula1 Nutrition shake.


Have a Formula 1 Herbalife shake for Breakfast (Shake = 1 Meal of your 4 - 5 a day)

2. Drink 3 - 4 Litres of fluids per day to help promote weight loss
