home made, Almond and Banana Breakfast Shake

 A refreshing morning protein shake, delivering vital nutrition to start the day. Aids in muscle repair and fatigue reduction.


Ingredients for a Homemade Protein Shake:




  • 1 frozen (or fresh) medium banana

  • 1 cup (8 ounces) plain yogurt

  • 100ml ice cold water (omit if using frozen banana, add ice if not using frozen banana)

  • 1 ounce ground almonds

  • 1 cup raw oats

  • 1 scoop protein powder / 3 egg whites


How to Make a Homemade Breakfast Shake:


Method:




  1. Place all ingredients into a blender, and blend until smooth.

  2. Add extra water if you prefer a weaker mixture.

  3. Pour into a tall glass and drink.

  4. The perfect breakfast, or meal on the go.

  5. You can use any protein powder.
