Can somebody give me some good advice?
Im trying to tone up my flabby body and have been weight training in my own home while Ive been unemployed. I now have a job but it means Im living away from home up to 3 weeks a month doing live in care for old people. It involves alot of sitting around while they sleep or eat. Ive cut out most carbs except for wholemeal toast at breakfast time, and the rest of the day I eat tuna, chicken, cauliflower, broccoli and mushrooms. Its not an exciting diet but Ive managed to lose almost a stone in weight. However, now Im away so much Im unable to train apart from crunches and push ups etc when the client goes to bed and I feel Im never going to tone up. I feel bunged up and swollen in the belly much of the time too. Sometimes I feel like giving up and getting flabby again but I REALLY dont want that!
can anyone give me any advice on what i should be eating in my situation and how I can try to keep slim? I would really appreciate it!

The latest celeb diet foods prove some people will do anything, however gross, to beat the bulge.
Take supermodel Heidi Klum, who sips vinegar before going out for dinner.
That sounds way too wierd for us, so we asked Fit Squad's nutrition expert Amanda Ursell if following celeb fads really work, or if there's a slim chance of results.
AMANDA SAYS: "Vinegar lowers the Glycemic Index of food, which levels out your blood sugar levels, making you feel less hungry. But you don't need to sip it on its own. Why not drizzle it over salad instead?"

Losing a lot of weight can be extremely intimidating. People always ask for the perfect diet or exercise routines when it comes to health and fitness.
