Serves 2 (62 Calories per) - Weight Loss - Snack

 

Ingredients for a low calorie snack:


  • 2 Stalk celery

  • 2 tbsp reduced-fat cream cheese

  • 10 slices of stuffed pimiento olives


 

How to make a healthy weight loss snack: (1 Serving)

 

Method:


  1. Spread 1 stalk celery with 1 tablespoon reduced-fat cream cheese. 

  2. Top with 5 sliced pimiento-stuffed green olives
