A great alternative to the sugar packed popcorn bought in the cinema at only 99 calories per serving. Their a great low fast source of fiber that are cheap and easy to make.
Serves 2 - Weight Loss - Snack
Ingredients for homemade Popcorn:
- 2 Tsp extra-virgin olive oil
- 1/2 tsp lemon pepper
- salt
- 1 tbsp freshly grated parmesan cheese
- Roughly 3 cups of air-popped popcorn
How to make homemade popcorn:
Method:
- Whisk 2 teaspoons extra-virgin olive oil, 1/2 teaspoon lemon pepper and a pinch of salt in a small bowl.
- Drizzle over 3 cups air-popped popcorn and toss to coat.
- Sprinkle with 1 tablespoon freshly grated Parmesan cheese and serve immediately.
