Eggs are the basic foundation of nutrition and are a great, effective way to start the day! Gather the simple ingredients together and take 5 minutes out of your morning to make with a good 10 minutes to enjoy!

 

Serves 1 - Weight Loss Recipe - Breakfast

 

Ingredients for Weight Loss Breakfast:


  • 1 Egg

  • 1 Slice of brown / Granary / Wholegrain

  • 80 g mixed mushrooms

  • 1 Tomato

  • salt and pepper to taste.


 

How to Make a Fast Weight Loss Recipe

 

Method:

 


  1. Beat the egg and pour onto a plate.

  2. Dip both sides of the bread in the egg, and keep the soak bread on the plate.

  3. Chop the tomato and mushrooms.

  4. Spray a small non-stick pan with cannola oil and saute the Mushrooms and tomato, seasoning to taste with salt and pepper. Set aside.

  5. Dry-fry the soaked bread on the non-stick pan, both sides.

  6. Enjoy your Gipsy toast!
