Ingredients for Weight Loss Breakfast:
- 1 Egg
- 1 Slice of brown / Granary / Wholegrain
- 80 g mixed mushrooms
- 1 Tomato
- salt and pepper to taste.
How to Make a Fast Weight Loss Recipe
Method:
- Beat the egg and pour onto a plate.
- Dip both sides of the bread in the egg, and keep the soak bread on the plate.
- Chop the tomato and mushrooms.
- Spray a small non-stick pan with cannola oil and saute the Mushrooms and tomato, seasoning to taste with salt and pepper. Set aside.
- Dry-fry the soaked bread on the non-stick pan, both sides.
- Enjoy your Gipsy toast!
