 Do you need to satisfy your sweet tooth every now and then? This 71 Calorie snack / desert is a simple, tastey way to aid your weight loss diet plan.


 

Serves 2 - Weight Loss - Snack / Dessert

 

Ingredients For Healthy Weight Loss Dessert:


  • 1 Graham cracker

  • 1/2 Tsp Nutella

  • 2 slices of banana

  • Toasted, shredded coconut


 

How to make the low calorie desert or snack:

 

Method:


  1. Break 1 graham cracker square into 2 rectangles. 

  2. Top each piece with 1/4 teaspoon Nutella (or other chocolate-hazelnut spread), a slice of banana and a sprinkling of toasted shredded coconut.
