If you have any helpful information that may help our members achieve results or get a step closer to their goal, then why not share it? Create a group, post videos on fit2talk from YouTube, post blogs, articles, diets, recipes and workouts and make your stamp on Fit2Talk.

Personal Profile: You are provided with your own personal Fit2Talk profile to help you socialise and monitor your training. Our online profiles let you state your current goal (weight loss, fitness, size & strength, health, rehab) and your current progress. We gave you a "current progress bar" so that you can rave about your achievements and equally importantly shout out for help if needed!
Members can also get an idea of your personality and what you do in your "About me" bar where you can link your favourite pages and external links, so be creative. Also we have given you an optional choice to add further info like, favourite training, favourite equipment, recipes and diets.
In addition to all this you can communicate to each other via the comments wall (Don't worry they can be deleted) and your private INBOX. Your INBOX will only show if you have a message. It will also include a monthly newsletter from our Fit2Talk team telling you all the recent news in the industry and any great deals that we have managed to find you!
Products: We search the net to find you quality products at the best prices. Our products include important training equipment to help you with any type of workout and effective supplements like Herbalife to enhance your results.
Contact us if you think your product is good enough for our members. We will review it and get back to you.
Health Professionals: We believe that all our information added should be of a certain quality. So taking this into account we have online health professionals; found on the Personal Training page, ready to answer your questions. Furthermore you can tell what information is added by qualified health professionals by looking at who published it and looking at their profile.
You don't have to stop at just asking for advice or reading their helpful posts. If you would like to contact a Personal Trainer to enquire about their services then view our Personal Trainer listings in your area. Contact them via their profile or direct email.
