Title No pain, No gain!

Description This is not strictly true. While you should expect to have some degree of soreness a day or two after working out, that's very different from feeling pain while you are working out.

When training it is vital that you listen to your body. Below are types of pain you may feel and what you should do about them.

*Sharp specifc pain: If you feel this type of pain then stop training amediately. If it persists then

*Sharp refered pain (e.g all along you arm): Stop amediately and if it persists consult a therapist or doctor.

*Dull ache:
