I'd say KETTLEBELL & BOSU! By putting the two together you can train so many different ways and improve nearly every factor of fitness. Get excited just talking about it, you can create a really tough workout =D

I like the gyro ball.....the best piece of equiptment for wrists and forearms but for all round fitness you can't beat kettlebells

I am currently digging the TRX suspension cables. Can do a great variety of bodyweight exercises.

Love, love, LOVE my kettlebells! Such a versatile piece of equipment! Cardio and resistance in one package! If I had to pick a single cardio piece in the gym it would be the stairmill (AKA stairs from hell) . Our gyms here always put the Smith machine in the free weight area which scare some girls away but I love that too.

being a woman and being an old school girl.. i love anything that works my legs.. i would have to say just the standard good old weights bench..... offering a variety of exercises to work the lower body, i havent seen one woman yet who hasnt benefited from having such a basic piece of equipment.
Im still yet to look into this new kettlebell phase which from what i can tell has originated from the uk.. its only just hit australian shores, so im keen to get into it.
