Crumpets.

I have a homemade protein shake if im rushing, or scrambled egg on toast, with bacon (fat cut off). Got to have a mint tea or a coffee if my heads not functioning =)

Do you find that crumpets are enough katy? I'd be starving =)

start with a protein shake at 6 then at 7.30 have scrambled eggs (usually 3) in a wholemeal wrap with salad leaves and any other veg (onion, peppers...) I usually add hot pepper sauce to it to get the metabolism turned up MAX, at 10 I usually have some fruit (banana/apple) and also cottage cheese on a rice cake with more pepper sauce! then its onto lunch.....I like to eat between 7 - 9 small meals daily!

If I'm rushed or workout in the morning I will have a protein shake consisting of whey protein and fruit (bananas or strawberries). Otherwise I will have scrambled eggs (usually 4-5) in a whole wheat wrap, with onions, jalapenos, spinach, mushrooms, and any other veggies. Like Colin above, I usually add hot pepper sauce or ground pepper to it.

Usually a staple of oats, fruit, nuts and whey protein with skimmed milk or natural probiotic yoghurt. I like to have a day or two having eggs, lean steak and tomatoes, especially morning after a heavy workout. Green tea o black coffee (no sugar) to wash it down. I normally eat 3 times during morning also keeping my metabolism high.

i like to alternate each day what i eat.. so as not to get bored and add variety..
my breakfasts can range from banana on toast followed by weetbix and a homemade fruit or vegie juice to bacon and eggs with a homemade banana milkshake.
i try and get all my necessary protein, vitamins, etc from natural foods and try and stay away from processed as much as possible.
I do not consume protein shakes.. for the guys.. i think theres definite benefit.. but the way my body works.. if i were to consume them.. id end up looking too masculine.. my body responds to things in funny ways and doing weights all the time.. i really have to watch myself to stay lean and feminine the way i want to be.
mango yoghurt after banana on toast is also a big favourite. :)

I eat 100% whole grain oats with 1 scoop pure protein whey powder~mix it up with skim milk and add fresh berries on top with 10 almonds~then off to work out every day~sometimes a banana, as well!!

Christine GinaCarano Friende

i try to get a small bowel of oatmeal mixed with organic rice milk

I've been struggling to eat breakfast but lately I've been having cornflakes if I'm up early enough and a few wedges of watermelon in the car on the way to drop the kids off. Sometimes I'll have a banana if I haven't got any watermelon

Since winning a fitness competition @ the age of 51...I had often worked out without b'fast....WRONG--I am now in freq. competitions, healthier, a phenominal weight reduction with great muscle definition.... Eat-Clean Diet by Tosca Reno---changes everything!! Watermelon...is high in sugars and just gets turned into fat...cornflakes with skim milk, only, may be o.k.!! Yoghurt....even if they are No-fat ones, can be fattening, because they are high in carbs....check labels for fat, carb, sugar, & protein quantities...buy ones which are high in protein only....takes longer to metabolize, leaves you feeling fuller for a longer period of time and converts directly to muscle not fat~just saying.... ;)))
