My moto has always been: RE-TRAIN THE BRAIN... if you have bad habits.. acknowledge them... and place this rule into play...
EVERYTHING IN MODERATION.... this will assist in getting you started on a healthy way to live without feeling like youve gone cold turkey... and lets face it... most people who go cold turkey on a diet,or strict eating regime.. will just revert back to their bad habits over time....

i strongly believe you must re-train your brain.... an example of that would be:
instead of having 3 milky ways... only have one...
for someone who is just starting a new life changing program, i see that gradual changes have a longer lasting effect than those who just throw themselves into a program that theyre body and BRAIN arent accustomed to....

over time.. ones body and brain WILL realise the joys of eating good foods and exercise and you will be re-trained... and it will last a lifetime.......

EXERCISE,HEALTHY EATING and an overall desire to SUCCEED will prevail all!!!!

When training use cardio intervals and weighted compound exercises for maximum calorie burn. This way you will functionally condition your bodies fitness, shed weight and build up your fitness fast.

This little sentance on diet:

Eat meat, fish and vegetables, nuts and seeds, some fruit, little starch and no sugar. Keep food intake to levels that will support exercise but not body fat. Practice and train major lifts.

Exercise won't make you thin if you don't account for
the increased appetite & you don't choose Meals wisely. Also, Junk
Food as a Reward is counter-productive, even with Exercise, because you
will never do enough to off-set the excess intake. Think thin, eat
thin, use common sense, don't starve yourself & set realistic goals
...to have the Recipe for Success. ~ Courtesy of Tania Amthor Fitness
