Mine is mainly indoors, but when it comes to the summer i try to go out as much as possible as the heat is unforgiving at times when in the gym.

Love to get out early and go walking, but interestingly enough, I have better speed walking workouts when Im out in that blasted heat! Weird huh? Of course strength training is inside.

Definitely outdoors for cardio but indoors for weight trainin

I prefer outdoors. I live in a very humid place and there is no way I would make it doing my workouts outdoors.

I try to train outside as much as possible this time of year. Most bodyweight exercises like press ups, lunges and intervals can be taken outside. Or sneak the weights from the gym out for a few cleans and snatches in the sun =D

For me - I'm an outdoors freak. I can work out in a tree. All it takes is know how. And I KNOW HOW. I teach boot camps in the morning in parks. Using bands, bench and a fence. I also hike like the mountain will crumble tomorrow. Swimming offers so much outside. It's just healthy to get some sun. Know your limit. Be smart about it. I walk at night too, after dinner. I LOVE being outside.

I try to keep my workouts around an hour long, with legs sessions lasting around 1hr 30min. However if I am short of time I can use 20 - 30 minutes of constant weights / cardio, really increasing the tempo and intensity.

I Train in what ever environment I can get my hands on. Home training, gym training, outdoor training it's all good to me! =)
