WEIGHT GAIN PLAN, INCREASE SIZE

Don't struggle putting weight on, use this 1 Day diet plan along with a good strength workout. Follow it exactly, or use it as a template for your daily diet.

Muscle Gain Plan

Breakfast: 8:00 am
 
¾ Cottage cheese, light/low fat
14 grams Protein powder
1 cup Skim milk
1 cup cereal,
½ cup pineapple
1 1/3 tsp olive
 
Calories: 420
 
Preparation Suggestions:
Have a bowl of protein, cottage cheese on the side.
 
Snack: 10:30 am
 
½ cup Cottage cheese, light/low fat
1 cup Yogurt, plain, low fat
1 cup Raspberries
9 Cashews
 
Calories: 320

Preparation Suggestion:
Mix the raspberries in with either the yogurt or
cottage, cheese and top with cashews. Either way, a
great, quick snack
 
 Mid-day: 1:00pm
 
6 oz Tuna, canned in water
¼ cup Chickpeas
½ cup Salsa
2/3 cup Rice
1 1/3 tsp Olive
 
Calories: 450
 
Preparation suggestions:
Mix tuna with chickpeas and rice, oil, a little salt, pepper, dash of vinegar or pure lemon juice, and a couple of tablespoons of chopped onion and celery.
 

Snack: 3:30 pm

 
21 grams Protein powder
1 cup skim Milk
2 kiwis
2/3 tsp Olive
 
Calories: 300
 
Preparation Suggestions:
Protein Shake with Fruit
Put all ingredients in blender for desired consistency.
 
Dinner:  6:00pm
 
10 oz Haddock
¼ Chickpeas
1/8 cup Cucumber
¼ cup lettuce
1 cup Rice
1 1/3 tsp Olive
 
Calories: 448
 
Preparation Suggestions:
Fish & Salad
Brush fish with 1/3 tsp oil and season as desired.
Broil fish, prepare salad with oil and vinegar
dressing.
 
Snack: 9:00 pm

21 grams Protein powder
1/3 cup Oatmeal
2/3 tsp Olive,
1 cup Skim Milk
 
Calories: 240
 
Preparation Suggestions:
Late Night Protein Shake with oatmeal
